frequently asked questions
why png instead of jpg?
png is lossless, so text and line art stay crisp. files are larger than jpg, though.
is there a size limit?
very large pages are scaled down to keep browsers from running out of memory, up to about 8000 pixels per side.
is my pdf uploaded?
no. rendering happens locally with pdf.js and your file never leaves your device.
